Oxwall User Roles feature isn’t the most useful feature on the Oxwall platform at the moment. In fact, apart from
restricting widgets views base on user’s role, the function is totally useless. However, there is good news for all of us as Oxwall has promised to improve the functionality of User Role in there next update (you can
read more about that here).

The next update will extend the functionality of User Roles to work hand in hand with account type, i.e: Your members roles will be based on the account type they choose. There is still a lot of work to do out there. Which is why you need to start considering adding User Roles to your Oxwall website.
